据 Deal Street Asia 报道，美国数字内容生产商 Terapin Studios 完成 9300 万美元融资，Affirma Capital 和 NPX Private Equity 参投，所筹资金将用于收购韩国五大网络漫画平台之一的 Toomics。目前 Toomics 在全球提供 10 种语言的网络卡通系列，包括韩语、英语、法语、西班牙语、德语和中文。
据悉，Terapin Studios 在韩国从事网络小说和网络漫画等数字内容的制作，旨在以游戏、元宇宙和 NFT 的形式创造身临其境的体验。
