苹果今日向 Apple Watch 用户推送了 watchOS 9 公测版 Beta 2 更新（内部版本号：20R5332g），和 watchOS 9 开发者预览版 Beta 4 相同。
watchOS 9 适用于 Apple Watch Series 4 及后续表款，并与运行 iOS 16 的 iPhone 8 及后续机型或 iPhone SE（第二代）及后续机型配对。
watchOS 9 推出了更多个性化表盘、增强版体能训练 App，并在睡眠 App 中推出睡眠阶段功能，同时新增经 FDA 许可的房颤历史功能。
针对铁人三项爱好者，watchOS 9 体能训练 App 支持多项目运动体能训练类型，使用运动传感器识别移动模式，能在游泳、单车和跑步三项体能训练之间自动切换。
此外，Apple Watch Series 7 的全键盘新增对法语、德语、意大利语、日语、葡萄牙语（巴西）和西班牙语（墨西哥、西班牙、拉丁美洲）的支持。
