阿里巴巴被美证监会列入预摘牌名单：刚宣布申请双重主要上市

美东时间周五， 美国证券交易委员会（SEC）列出了新一轮的“预摘牌”名单， 其中就包含刚刚宣布要香港纽约双重主要上市的阿里巴巴。
除阿里外，蘑菇街、波奇宠物等公司也同时被列入名单。
据悉，阿里巴巴刚在7月26日发布过一份公告，称董事会已授权集团管理层向香港联合交易所提交申请，将新增香港为主要上市地。
在香港联交所完成审核程序后，阿里巴巴将在香港联交所主板及纽约证券交易所两地双重主要上市，相关流程预计在2022年年底前完成。
