苹果iPhone 14系列预计于今年9月正式登场，包括 iPhone 14、iPhone 14 Max、iPhone 14 Pro和iPhone 14 Pro Max四款机型。
其中 Pro版本有望用上最新的A16处理器，而基础版仍将使用A15。
据Macworld的一份报告显示，A16仿生处理器将使用台积电的5nm工艺制造，并配备180亿至200亿个晶体管。在CPU、GPU、摄像头和电池都会有升级。
此外，
iPhone 14系列有望配备LPDDR5内存
，它提供比LPDDR4X多50%的带宽，并且启动时更节能，
性能较13系列将至少提升15%。
