据台媒报道，22日上午，林志颖父子在台湾桃园市中正北路出车祸，车辆燃起大火。目前，家人回应称无大碍。警方初步判定林志颖疑似因未注意车前状况。
今日针对台媒称林志颖父子驾驶特斯拉撞上桥墩，车辆原地燃起大火事件，特斯拉客服22日表示，暂不清楚起火原因，但车身没有特别容易起火的材质。
“暂时不能确认起火原因，若遇到紧急情况，主副驾驶有机械开车门的装置，可在断电情况下强制解锁车门，后排乘客可通过后备箱逃生。”特斯拉客服表示。
警方透露，林志颖当时车速并不是很快，没有超速，也不存在酒驾行为。初步调查后认为，林志颖因没有注意到车前的状况，才酿成事故。
