Yes you can flash it on Android 12 but it can still not decrypt data on Android 12. Seems that it is a bit more complicated to get that fixed on Onplus devices.
Oh ok. Thank you. Yeah I come from the pixel 4xl and it's the same issue with twrp on it.

The first initial build of OrangeFox R12.1 is available now.

The download link is updated in the OP.
Note: OrangeFox R12.1 is synced with the latest TWRP 12.1 changes but by some reason the decryption of data is still not working now on our device!
Seems that it is a bit more complicated on Oneplus devices.
Tried it out just now and...
Flashed the recovery image and booted into recovery. Phone rebooted a few times and eventually left me in stock OOS recovery.
I rebooted to bootloader and checked the active slot: it had switched from a to b.
I've seen this happen with TWRP on OOS 12 because the phone cannot successfully boot up recovery and falls back to the previously slot.
I switched back to slot a and then tried to fastboot boot orange-recovery.img but that did nothing.
So I restored the stock recovery and rebooted the phone and I'm back where I started.
I'm on KB2005_11_C.21
