上个月，微软修改Microsoft Store商店政策，规定开发者不得上架付费的开源应用程序；虽然该规定的初衷是为了减少套壳软件诈骗的数量，但却遭到了不少原本谨遵规定的开发者的反对。
在收到开发者的多次投诉和反馈后，
微软在最新的Microsoft Store商店政策中，撤销了此前的规定，重新允许开源应用程序付费。
不过，微软依旧对应用付费制定了一些规定，避免带有欺诈性质的低质付费应用淹没Microsoft Store。
微软要求，一款开源软件想要收费， 开发者需要证明自己的产品存在独特的价值，并为此提供了一个令人信服的理由。
