NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10.7 Beta: What’s New

Here are the new features in NAKIVO Backup & Replication v10.7 Beta.

Backup to Azure Blob Storage

NAKIVO Backup & Replication now supports Azure Blob Storage as a backup destination to help customers improve data availability and recoverability via cloud storage. You can directly send backups, and backup copies of your critical data to Azure as well as instantly recover what you need in just a few clicks. You can also set object locks on recovery points sent to the Azure repository, making the recovery points immutable to modification, deletion, and encryption by new ransomware infections for a specified time.

Microsoft Teams Support

The new release further expands the Microsoft 365 data protection functionality in NAKIVO Backup & Replication to include Microsoft Teams. The solution can now discover and back up teams to a SaaS repository to help you avoid data loss and productivity hits. You can quickly recover full teams or specific team items such as channels, posts, files and tabs to a location of your choice.

Native Microsoft 365 Change Tracking

NAKIVO Backup & Replication now supports Microsoft 365 change tracking to decrease job run time and improve backup performance. The solution can now take advantage of this functionality to track and process only the data that has changed since the last backup instead of performing a full scan of the data on every incremental backup job run.

Wasabi Immutability

Wasabi Immutability is the newest addition to the NAKIVO Backup & Replication anti-ransomware repertoire. With v10.7 Beta, you can enable immutability for data stored in backup repositories within Wasabi buckets using the native Object Lock functionality. Immutable backups stored in Wasabi remain totally immune to deletion and modification for as long as needed.

Overview Dashboard

The 10.7 Beta release adds the all-new Overview Dashboard to the existing set of dashboards available in NAKIVO Backup & Replication. The Overview Dashboard provides a general overview of your data protection activities, including a summary of the state of your jobs, repositories and transporters, presented in easy-to-read widgets.
