随着索尼成功收购游戏开发商Bungie的消息传出，微软年初天价收购动视暴雪一事再次成为了讨论的焦点。
今天，微软向外界确认， 美国联邦贸易委员会 (FTC) 最快下个月就将批准其收购动视暴雪。
微软表示，
他们已经回应了美国联邦贸易委员会的第二次发送文件的要求，现在FTC有30天的时间要求微软提供进一步的信息，否则它将不得不自动批准操作。
这意味着，微软和动视暴雪之间的交易协议最早可能在8月实现，包括《使命召唤》《魔兽世界》《暗黑破坏神》《守望先锋》在内的众多IP都将成为微软Xbox生态旗下的一部分。
