虽然使用英文是程序员的必备技能，但是如果有成体系的中文资料还是要方便很多的，特别是对于新手。
Flutter 目前对中文的支持情况：
1 、官方&第三方安装、配置中文资料（第三方还好几个）；
2 、语法及使用规范中文文档；
3 、中文论坛；
4 、微信公众号；
5 、B 站账号；
6 、YouTube 频道中文字幕（非机器翻译）；
7 、开发套件汉化支持；
……
反观 Swift ，以上的支持几乎为空白状态。
你认为大型编程语言提供中文环境有必要吗？
