16日，国家市场监管总局通报15批次不合格雪糕样品，其中包括“小布丁奶油味雪糕”和“大布丁雪糕”。
16日晚，@伊小利冰淇淋 回应称： “小布丁”并非品牌名，抽检不合格的产品不是“伊利小布丁”和“伊利大布丁”，只不过都叫“小布丁”和“大布丁”而已，伊利冰淇淋各项检测均符合国家标准。
今日早些时候，市场监管总局发文称，据初步统计，2022年上半年，各级市场监管部门共组织监督抽检3137批次雪糕产品，检出不合格样品15批次。
抽检不合格的主要原因，是生产加工过程卫生条件控制不到位，或者产品在运输、贮存、销售环节不规范操作引起的微生物污染。
