MacBook Pro 16 M1 Max， 网速只能达到 60M（100M 宽带的情况下），这是什么情况，大家出现过同样的问题吗？

3 种不同网络环境都测试过。 包括家里，公司，还有开代理的情况下。甚至手机代理能跑满 100M ，比电脑不开还快。。。
进入安全模式（未启动任何软件）用 safari 跑依旧是 60M
测试网站包括 speedtest.cn 和 speedtest.net
还有什么可以排错的方法么？
我怀疑网卡是不是有问题啊。。
