起因，发现右侧车位经常这样停，就让物业通知他改改
然后他就丢纸巾到我们位置（ 2 月一次，我们自己捡起来丢了，其间他又靠边停，无视之，最近不知何故又丢）
于是再次找物业，说约出来聊聊吧，结果人家说在自己车位（他租的非小区人买的小区车位）不犯法（类似这个说法），要找去找警察。三天，物业无法解决
