OPPO于2018年进入欧洲市场，2021年第三季度，OPPO在德国的智能手机市场出货量增长237%，增速一骑绝尘。
不过，诺基亚的一纸诉状，却可能直接断送OPPO在德国的未来。
日前，德国曼海姆地区法院裁定OPPO侵犯诺基亚专利，授予了诺基亚对OPPO的停止令，这意味着OPPO和一加设备或将在德国被禁售。
根据欧洲专利媒体JUVE Patent的报道，此次停止令涉及EP 29 81 103和EP 32 20 562两项标准必要专利（SEP），使用了这两项技术的OPPO产品，将无法继续在德国销售。
