推特正式起诉马斯克 后者回应：真够讽刺

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）7月13日 消息:据央视新闻报道，当地时间12日，推特宣布正式起诉特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克，要求马斯克以440亿美元的价格收购。

对此，马斯克回应称，真够讽刺的。

今年4月，马斯克宣布将以每股54.2美元，总计约440亿美元的价格收购推特。交易完成后，推特将成为一家私人控股公司。

当时，马斯克表示，希望通过添加新功能让推特变得更好用，并让算法开源以增加信任。

不过就在几天前，因推特公司没有“遵守合同义务”，马斯克宣布将终止对推特440亿美元的收购。

根据协议，马斯克须支付10亿美元“分手费”才能解除协议。
