中国厂商成3nm“小白鼠”：三星自家芯片两年后才用

6月30日，三星代工厂和半导体研发中心的职员齐聚一堂，庆祝公司成为世界首家大规模投产3nm芯片的半导体企业。
虽然三星上马的是取代FinFET的革命性GAA晶体管，虽然三星把3nm看得无比重要，可BK的报道称，三星3nm的首家客户居然是来自中国的一家名为PanSemi（上海磐矽半导体技术有限公司）的矿机芯片企业。
考虑到当前虚拟货币惨淡的行情，这笔订单的量级肯定不会大到哪儿去，对于检验3nm GAA的成色也不具备充分说服力。
另一个有趣的细节是，报道称， 三星自家芯片准备在2024年才用3nm，而且是第二代，这就不禁令人质疑，合着你三星抢首发不过是噱头，今明两年下单的客户更是要当“小白鼠”不成？
