I have installed Crystal reports 2020 on a Windows Server 2016 Hyper-V VM and have been able to open and edit all my existing reports without any problems.
I have then installed Crystal Server 2020 and been able to logon to the CMC and BI logons without any issue however when I then try to open a report in Crystal reports it crashes. I have tried repairing the Crystal reports installation and have completely uninstalled both Crystal reports and Server and reinstalled but Crystal reports crashes as soon as I select File Open.
The windows event log is attached but doesn't provide much help. I have installed Microsoft Debug Diagnostic and captured the debug information. crw64-pid-7400-date-07-11-2022-time-12-19-22pm-170.txt
The issue seems to be related to an Access Violation.
