独家|周鸿祎：360不缺钱，如果哪吒汽车需要，随时追加投资
新浪科技讯 7月11日晚间消息，360创始人、董事长兼CEO周鸿祎在接受新浪科技采访时，再一次回应了“出让哪吒汽车10亿元增资权”一事。周鸿祎向新浪科技表示，哪吒汽车的D轮融资分成了D1和D2两轮，其中360在D1轮投了19亿元，且还有增资10亿的权利。“如果我们继续投入10亿元，可以进一步提升股份，但考虑到哪吒汽车的股东构成非常多元，为了增强创始团队的话语权，支持哪吒汽车顺利发展，所以我们0价转让了D2轮的10亿元增资权给创始团队背后的基金，且我们成为了一致行动人。”周鸿祎坚定表示，360账上拥有近200亿元现金，哪吒汽车如果没钱了，他会毫不犹豫追加投资。（子健）
