7月11日消息，天翼量子高清密话开通线上预约体验，这是业内首款基于量子信息技术的VoLTE加密通话产品。
业务办理只需两步：
1、通话双方办理VoLTE量子密话业务功能包
2、更换量子安全SIM卡和定制终端
