有没有一种软件或一种方式能解决下列问题？ 工作需要每个月会编写或收到三个不同项目的，报告 N 份，以及少量视频与照片。 有没有一个软件，在不创建副本的情况下。同时一份文件出现在两个文件夹中。 例如： A 项目 6 月份月报 我既可以从“6 月”文件夹访问，修改。也可能以从“A 项目”文件夹访问修改？
目前想到的方案是： 1.everything 需要找文件时 ，直接搜索。 快速，但很多文件长时间不用。后期都记不住名字。还是要每个文件夹翻
2.创建快捷方式，文件同一存放，然后创建快捷方式分别存放到 “月份” 和 “项目”的文件中 。 但有些繁琐，并且以后可能会根据责任人，再创建文件夹 到时就需要创建 3 个快捷方式。甚至更多
不知道各位大佬有没有好用的方法或软件推荐？
