MIGO 101 valuation based on SD/MM price (not MAP/STD cost)

Hi Gurus,

I am facing an interesting issue. The MIGO 101 is happening in the system based on the sales/purchasing condition, not based on the material price in MM03 (accounting view). Does anyone know why would that happen, and where is this set in the customizing? So if I'm changing the condition value to 10 times bigger, 101 mvmt. posting value will be 10 time higher. If I cancel the material posting, change the condition to a lower value, then posting will be made with a lower value.

Background: this is a Retail system with a lot of developments. We are doing an STO between companies (so not within a single company). The price condition in the PO (STO) is a ZP01 condition. But when I want to open the MM condition it says, that it is governed by a reference condition, which is the PR00 (SD) condition. If I change the PR00 condition, cancel the mat.doc., post the 101 again, then the new PR00 condition gets applied. I have experimented a bit, and when I provide a manual condition in the PO (STO), then the system will always post it based on the PO price condition (manual in the STO) and won't care about the PR00 condition change.

Anyway, 101 posting should always be happening based on internal CO cost in MM03. MM and SD conditions should be considered as revenue and hence should not be part of stock valuation.

What do you think? Maybe this is something retail specific process?

Many thanks.
