这次，iPhone真的被禁售了。
据媒体报道， 因为侵犯了爱立信相关专利，哥伦比亚法院裁定禁止进口和出售支持5G网络的iPhone和iPad产品。
据悉，上述判定实际上早在4月份就做出了，地点是哥首都波哥大的高等法院。苹果被判侵犯了爱立信公司在当地获批的NC2019/0003681专利，这是5G的一项必要标准技术，有效期到2037年12月。
在爱立信上交5万美元的保证金后，哥法院于7月6日开始执行相关裁定。根据禁令，苹果被禁止进口、销售、广发或其它任何方式商业化侵权产品，也就是所有支持5G的iPhone和iPad型号。
