14代酷睿核显首发3nm工艺 Intel CEO下月或访台积电
芯研所7月8日消息，根据Intel CEO基辛格去年公布的IDM 2.0战略，路线图上出现了N3工艺的信息，显然是要跟台积电合作了。根据最新的消息，Intel CEO基辛格可能会在8月份再次访问台积电，虽然具体商谈的内容不会公布，但是3nm芯片代工显然会是其中的重点。

从去年底到现在，Intel CEO基辛格已经两次访问台积电，如此密集的拜会意味着双方的合作力度很大，此前传闻Intel这次会得到苹果一样的待遇，首发3nm的除了苹果就是Intel了，毕竟两家都是资金雄厚的巨头，需求量也大，比高通、NVIDIA及AMD待遇更高也是正常的。
Intel首发台积电3nm工艺的产品很有可能是明年的14代酷睿Meteor Lake，这代处理器会会使用小芯片（Intel的官方说法叫芯粒）设计，CPU模块应该是Intel 4工艺，GPU单元有可能外包，基于台积电3nm工艺。此前主管GPU业务的Intel高管Raja Koduri透露称，Meteor Lake处理器的架构非常令人兴奋，能够以集显的能效提供独显级别的性能。虽然Raja没有明确是什么级别的独显性能，但考虑到Intel的Xe架构及ARC显卡的情况，Meteor Lake的GPU性能显然不弱，最低也能超越千元级独显。
