更新 iPadOS 15.5 后无法充电？苹果正调查iPadmini6充电问题

财经网科技7月8日讯，据IT之家消息，根据 MacRumors 获得的一份发给服务商的备忘录，苹果正在调查用户一个比较严重的问题。有用户反馈称 iPad mini 6 在更新到 iPadOS 15.5 后可能会出现无法充电的现象。

苹果表示，一些“iPad mini”用户在安装最新的 iPadOS 15.5 更新后无法充电。苹果的建议是重启。

苹果告知服务供应商和零售员工，如果碰到客户在运行期间无法充电可以建议他们重启设备作为临时解决办法。

最重要的是，苹果已明确指出“更换 iPad 或其电池等硬件均无法解决问题”，并也就是说这纯粹是一个软件问题，目前苹果正在对 iPadOS 15.6 进行 Beta 测试，预计在接下来的几个版本中可能会解决这一问题。
