I would give it 5 stars and will buy / upgrade to the pro version if you can solve a problem for me: I have several playlists each one with lots of songs but your player doesn't remember the song or position of the last play of each of them, it only remembers it in the queue reproduction.
I would like each playlist to act as a separate play queue, 5 stars and will buy the version if they add this feature.

So I've got one bug, and one request.

Bug: When you are on the song screen, then tap on "Artist" from the top right menu, then tap on another song by the artist, the artwork is incorrect. Tapping the back button, then tapping on the now playing section at the bottom brings up the correct artwork. I have attached a video to show what I mean:


Request: On the Artist page, it shows all the albums that artist has, and it takes up a ton of room and is annoying to have to scroll down to to the song section. It would be nice to be able to be able to to toggle that on and off in settings.

I'm hère to join a screen of my prob. I listen lot of mix/live with long tracks when they was record... My prob IS to memorise the curent position when i cut thé app.
Look at the screen, Time code are good but the track are on delay.

I have the pro client on my Pixel 4a and the Pulsar GUI seems to be entering the status bar on my phone when in the app, so the hamburger menu button is half covered by my phone's front facing camera and the triple dot button on the right is up into the battery icon etc.

Is there a setting I may have missed to lower the top-most interface stuff on older phones?

Your program is very good and I have 2 suggestions to improve it even more.
1- Add an option to close the program permanently, so that it doesn't stay in the background;
2- Add an option so that it does not run automatically if it is closed and is not in the background, when the "Bluetooth autoplay" option is activated, so that this function works only when the program is open or running in the background.

I like this "Bluetooth autoplay" function, and I use it a lot in the car, but it gets in the way when I want to use the headphone/headset bluetooth with other applications, because the program opens by itself when this option is activated .

The old program " Mort Player " has these 2 functions that I mentioned as a suggestion. The problem with the Mort Player is that it is very old and is much harder to handle.


Edit.. I was testing it tonight and I came to a conclusion that putting a button to close completely so that it doesn't stay in backgound will solve the auto play problem. I discovered this when I had to close the program through the android menu that manages the programs. I think the 1st option I mentioned will solve this in a simple way.

Love this app except it does not seem to recognize Sonos or other non-chromecast devices. I know it's possible as the rival Hi-Cast player can find these devices without any issue. I just like Pulsar better overall so would definitely go pro if this is solved!

Sometimes the app doesn't play music when starting new track. It goes to the next track, slider looks like its playing, then it stops, then it goes again and after few seconds the music finally starts.

Is this app dead? No updates since November, developer hasn't logged on here in almost 2 months.

Why does my queue clear when I disconnect from a playback device or switch audio source?

To provide examples:

Before driving home, I connect my phone to Android Auto and queue up 10 songs using the "play next" button. Half way home I stop for gas which of course involves turning off my car. Then when I reconnect to Android Auto my queue is cleared. What gives?

I connect to my Bluetooth headphones, queue up some songs, but when I get to the gym I notice that the equipment I want is occupied. No worries, I'll watch a YouTube video while I wait. Then when I resume my music my queue is cleared. WHY?

I connect to my Bluetooth headphones to listen to music while I clean my apartment, and naturally I have a handful of songs queued up. Then somebody calls me and I talk to them for a bit. Then when I resume my music MY QUEUE IS CLEARED. WTF?

This doesn't seem to happen to 3.5mm or USB-C headphones, but mainly with Android Auto or Bluetooth.

I've used this app for years and it's always been an issue. So I don't think it's unique to a specific version. I've had two phones since downloading Pulsar+. A Samsung S9+ and an S20+ 5G.
And I am using Pulsar+, not the free Pulsar(no plus).
