星纪时代看中了魅族什么？魅族新任董事长首次回应

日前，湖北星纪时代科技有限公司（以下简称“星纪时代”）与珠海市魅族科技有限公司（以下简称“魅族科技”）举行战略投资签约仪式， 正式宣布星纪时代持有魅族科技79.09%的控股权，并取得魅族科技的单独控制。
星纪时代副董事长沈子瑜出任魅族科技董事长， 黄质潘继续担任魅族科技CEO，创始人黄章则转任魅族科技产品战略顾问。
对于星纪时代看中了魅族什么的问题，沈子瑜在接受腾讯新闻《潜望》的采访中首次进行了回应。
沈子瑜表示，星纪时代非常认可魅族科技在手机行业的历史积累，
特别是在操作系统领域，Flyme拥有上亿用户和良好的行业口碑。
通过与战略投资，可以将资源复用，整体加速星纪时代战略落地。
