天眼查App显示，近日，“雪糕刺客”商标被自然人李某申请注册，国际分类为广告销售，当前商标进度为申请中。
据悉，雪糕刺客往往用来形容“天价雪糕”，指那些平平无奇躲在冰箱里，却在结账时用价格刺你一剑、给出“致命一击”的雪糕。
近期，“雪糕为何越卖越贵”一度冲上微博热门话题，10块的梦龙已经不再是雪糕的天花板，诸如茅台、獭祭、钟薛高动辄几十元的价格也变得很常见。
这也让从小吃老冰棍、小布丁长大的人惊呼“一元雪糕”去哪儿了？从实际情况看，低价雪糕在连锁便利店已经难觅踪迹，绝大部分的陈列都是所谓的中高档价位的雪糕，只有在社区周边的单体小超市才能看到个别价位低的雪糕。
