联发科天玑8000系列迭代芯片升级为台积电4nm工艺。
资料显示，在今年上半年， 联发科量产商用了天玑8000、天玑8100芯片，它们都是采用了台积电5nm工艺，用来对标高通骁龙8系旗舰处理器。
规格方面，天玑8100由4颗主频为2.85GHz的Cortex-A78大核、4颗2.0GHz主频的Cortex-A55组成，GPU为Mali-G610 MC6，性能强悍。
这颗芯片亮相之后成为口碑神U，被各大手机品牌所使用，无论是能效比还是性能都表现优秀。
如今联发科即将推出天玑8000系列迭代新品，工艺升级到了台积电4nm，这是目前手机芯片领域最先进的工艺制成，有了台积电4nm工艺，再加上强悍的性能， 天玑8000系列迭代新品很有可能会成为2023年度神U。
