台积电：放弃65/40nm 赶快升级到先进的28nm工艺吧

5nm、3nm、2nm……这些顶级的先进工艺最让人感兴趣，但不是每一家厂商、每一颗芯片都需要这种高级工艺。
时至今日，还有很多芯片在使用40nm、65nm甚至是130nm这些“古老”的工艺，而且占比不低。
比如第一代代工厂台积电，就有25％的收入仍然来自40nm及更成熟工艺，联电的比例甚至高达80％，中芯国际成熟工艺收入占比更是81.4％。
这些工艺非常成熟，良品率极高，成本非常低，对于PMIC电源管理单元、IoT物联网芯片来说性能也足够，自然长盛不衰。
