哈啰回应虚假宣传被罚：门店已经完成整改

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）6月28日 消息:昨日，“哈啰出行宣称超4亿粉丝推荐被罚”的话题登上热搜。

处罚事由显示，哈啰出行宣传“哈啰超4亿粉丝推荐”等内容，将使用“哈啰出行”APP用户人数认定为推荐人数，并在特定场合进行宣传，使消费者误认为哈啰电动车有超4亿人购买、使用并推荐，上述行为违反反不当竞争法。

据财经网科技报道，对此，哈啰出行回应称，已于2021年末停止在门店使用该宣传用语。但线下门店宣传物料的汰换有所滞后，导致至目前仍有部分门店留有相关宣传语。在合肥市监管部门的监督和指导下，此次被处罚的门店已经完成整改，汰换相应宣传语。将全面盘点线下门店，督促快速整改完毕。
