5G商用三周年 物联网好戏才刚刚开始

本月，5G在国内迎来发牌三周年，而就在前几天，5G R17标准于3GPP RAN第96次会议上宣布冻结，标志着5G第三个版本标准Rel-17完工，下一阶段标准演进版本R18也立项扬帆起航。
有业内观点趣味点评了三个标准的关系， R15是“毛坯房”，R16是“精装房”，R17则是“软装”，也就是为家的模样“画龙点睛”。
外界注意到，
在R17标准中，对eMBB（增强型移动宽带）和垂直行业应用进一步增强了业务速率、网络覆盖、频谱效率、移动性、功耗、时延等技术指标，并引入对多播广播（MBS）新型业务的支持。
非常值得一提的是，R17还引入Redcap新技术丰富了5G终端类型。
