LG电子将进军电动汽车充电业务
《韩国经济新闻》6月27日消息，韩国LG电子公司26日发布消息称，该公司将通过共同收购韩国电动汽车充电器公司AppleMango的股份，正式进军电动汽车充电解决方案业务。
LG电子当天表示，最近与韩国GS能源和韩国GS Neotek签署股票买卖协议，共同收购电动汽车充电器公司AppleMango的100%股份。据悉，收购价格约为100亿韩元。
LG电子将获得AppleMango 60%的股份，AppleMango将成为LG电子子公司。GS能源和GS Neotek将分别获得34%和6%的股份。AppleMango成立于2019年，拥有应对家庭及商业空间多种需求的电动汽车充电器的原创技术，包括慢速充电器和快速充电器。
