因为正常下班被老板公开批评

公司是 865 工作制的，最近老板多次以大家经常按时下班为理由开会批评研发部门。 还说没有人周末来公司加班，说大家都没有责任心。 说他自己天天加班到很晚，周末也会来公司。
以上都是老板半小时前的有的话。
当然加班是没有加班费的，都是义务加班。
大家有没有碰到这样的老板，大家怎么看？

公司是很小的公司，核心员工都是老板的亲友。每次开会都会表扬那几个亲友，因为他们以厂为家。
