I have few questions before subscribing:

1. Can it handle high volume emails and queries? 2. what is the highest limit on attachment size? 3. Does it have live Chat? 4. Is there a restriction on number of inboxes or email address one profile can open? 5. How many businesses can I manage under one account, will it get messy?

@fm_associates Glad you've asked. 1. Yes you can, we've few customers handing hundreds of conversation each day. 2. If you attach form ThriveDesk its 25MB but no limit on inbound email. 3. Yes, we do have Live Chat. 4. No, you can create unlimited Inboxes. 6. You can manage Inbox for different domain/businesses under one workspace. We've granular permission system so it won't get messy. Or you an use separate workspace for separate business.

I have been following ThriveDesk for quite a long now. It is interesting to see how they have grown over time. I am a fan of the WooCommerce integration it offers. For people who have ecommerce running on WooCommerce, ThriveDesk makes it extremely easy to check customer payment information within the support dashboard.
