日本半导体设备前五个月销额超 756 亿元
财经网科技6月26日讯，据IT之家消息，日本半导体设备销售续旺，5 月销售额连 17 个月增长、创下历史次高，今年 1-5 月销售额飙涨 3 成、破纪录。
根据 Yahoo Finance 的报价显示，截至 6 月 24 日，东京威力科创大涨 2.16%、Advantest 上扬 1.12%、晶圆切割机大厂 Disco 飙涨 4.29%、Screen Holdings 上扬 1.81%。
日本半导体制造装置协会 (SEAJ) 统计数据显示，2022 年 5 月份日本制芯片设备销售额较去年同月成长 0.8% 至 3077.18 亿日元（152.32 亿元人民币），连续第 17 个月呈现增长，月销售额创下历史次高纪录。
