FF 法拉第未来又一独董被驱逐出董事会
财经网科技6月26日讯，据凤凰网科技消息，FF 大股东要将独董 BrianKrolicki 逐出董事会。
根据 FF 母公司 FFTopHoldingLLC (FFTOP) 向美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 提交的相关文件显示，已经根据此前与 FFIE 签订的股东协议把曾任 FFIE 董事长的独立董事 BrianKrolicki 从董事会除名。
2022 年 2 月，FF 称因公司在控制和文化方面存在某些弱点，作为公司最高管理机构的负责人，Brian Krolicki 被强制卸任董事长一职。据了解，2021 年 8 月，Brian Krolicki 被任命为 FF 新成立的董事会主席，此前他曾担任过美国内华达州运输部（NDOT）副主席。
据知情人士透露，Brian Krolicki 此前作为 FFIE 董事长，对当时形势判断失误并发起内部调查继而引发财报延迟和退市风险要负主要责任，并放任董事会由少数独董控制并不断地推动公司走向极为困难的境地。
