极星汽车纳斯达克上市 ：募资超8亿美元
财经网科技6月25日讯，据凤凰网科技消息，沃尔沃旗下电动汽车品牌Polestar（中文名：极星汽车，股票代码为“PSNY”）昨日与SPAC（特殊目的收购公司）Gores Guggenheim完成合并，并在美国纳斯达克上市交易。
后者包括债务在内整体估值200亿美元。合并后公司名为Polestar Automotive Holding UK。此次交易为新公司带来8.9亿美元现金。
IPO后，Polestar rollover持股为94.1%，GG Shareholders持股为3.8%，PIPE投资者持股为1.2%。这之前，Lucid、Fisker及贾跃亭旗下FF都已通过SPAC合并上市，Rivian也已经在美国纳斯达克上市。
