广州地区已落地数字人民币支付场景 8.5 万个
据北京商报 6 月 26 日报道，数字人民币 4 月初在广州正式试点，至今已近 3 个月时间。中国人民银行广州分行副行长郭云喜表示，数字人民币在广州正式试点以来，各项工作进展良好，数字人民币应用逐渐融入到广州市民食、住、行、游、购、娱、医等方面，基本覆盖常规民生场景，一些特色场景也在不断创新拓展，涌现了一批比较有代表性的示范场景。
数据显示，截至 6 月 15 日，广州地区 7 家参与试点金融机构累计开立个人钱包 202.5 万个，对公钱包 19.5 万个，流通（转账、交易）业务 336.3 万笔，金额 4.9 亿元，落地支持数字人民币支付场景 8.5 万个。
