西安一公司招聘要求中提到“不能以挣钱为目的，不能起诉公司”，该招聘要求引发热议。
有网友表示，这公司怕是经常被员工起诉吧？
对此，该公司经理称，“不能起诉公司”这句话没有法律作用只有道德作用，公司在续职表上也注明了，不然你谈什么忠诚于企业呢？
经理还表示，从未被员工起诉过，但是见过太多企业被员工起诉的例子，这样做是为了防止00后整顿职场。员工和企业站在不同的利益角度，说不清谁对谁错，并且现在是个网络时代，也没有那么多嘴巴去说这个事情。
