不少Win11的用户都曾或多或少的意识到过：微软自家的.NET框架和这套新的系统，似乎有一些不那么兼容。
在此前， 微软就以为.NET的兼容性问题，专门对Win11进行过更新维护，但现在，又有大量使用Visual Studio 2022用户反馈，称最新的Win11版本出现了与.NET相关的兼容性问题。
同时，这一问题不仅存在于Visual Studio中，而是所有基于.NET框架环境的应用都出现了问题。
从用户反馈来看， 该问题会导致CPU占用率过高（90-100%)，从而导致整个系统变慢，进而导致应用程序无法正常使用。
