With the app Mass Changes to Purchase Contracts, you can update the fields of multiple purchase contracts simultaneously. You can update multiple purchase contracts and purchase contract items in one go from the app list view.

Follow the below steps to update multiple purchase contracts and purchase contract items using the online mode:

1. Ensure that you are logged in with a user that is assigned business role SAP_BR_PURCHASER. Open the app Mass Changes to Purchase Contracts.
2. Filter the purchase contracts and purchase contract items that you want to update. To filter the records, use the given filters, and click on GO.
3. Select the purchase contracts that you want to update.
4. Click on the button Mass Edit.
5. Select the field that you want to update.
6. Update the field as needed and click on Apply Mass Changes.
7. Add a job description as required, and click on Apply.
8. A job is now scheduled for the mass operation. Click on View Job List to view the scheduled job.
9. Click on the log icon to view status of all the updated purchase contracts and purchase contract items.

   Go back to the app list view, you can now see the updated values for the purchase contracts and purchase contract items that you mass edited.
