成长型企业IPO数字化白皮书：2020年IPO企业募资总额达8607亿元

我国融资结构仍以间接融资为主。根据央行公布的社融数据，2020年末以企业债券和非金融企业境内股票之和衡量直接融资比重为12.59%，与主要发达国家相比，我国企业融资结构仍有充足转型空间。
2020年，共有565家中国企业在A股、港股和美股成功IPO，IPO企业数量较去年上升51.47%；该565家IPO企业募资总额达8607亿元，募资规模较去年上升67.22%。
在注册制实施推动下，科创板与创业板IPO企业数量均超越主板，科创板共有145家企业上市，位居第一。从募资规模来看，港交所受中概股回归热潮影响，主板募集资金3，036.94亿元，远超其他板块，位居榜首。从平均IPO规模来看，纽交所最高为46.31亿元，其次为港交所主板24.49亿元，再者为科创板14.84亿元。
