Frasers 集团第五次增持德国时尚集团 Hugo Boss的股票，总持股比例接近 50%
英国时尚零售集团 Frasers Group（以下简称“Frasers”）在本周三的一份声明中宣布，第五次增持德国时尚奢侈品集团 Hugo Boss（雨果博斯）的股份。
Frasers 披露此次增持的 Hugo Boss 普通股数量为340万股，约占 Hugo Boss总股本的4.9%。
Frasers于2020年首次入股 Hugo Boss，并一直表示支持其管理层。根据公开记录，Frasers 迄今累积购买的 Hugo Boss 普通股数量已经达到后者总股本的 16.6%；此外，通过差价合约持有330万股，占 Hugo Boss 总股本的4.8%；Frasers 还通过历史上出售的“认沽期权”（put option）间接持有1830万股 Hugo Boss 普通股，占总股本的26%。
