三星或将于下周宣布量产3nm芯片

财经网科技6月23日讯，据新浪科技援引韩联社消息，三星预计将于下周宣布量产3nm芯片。这意味着该公司至少在宣布时间上将领先台积电，后者预计将在今年下半年开始生产3nm芯片。

与三星的5nm工艺（用于骁龙 888 和 Exynos 2100）相比，三星的3nm节点将带来35%的面积减少、30% 的性能提升或 50% 的功耗降低。
