近日，新东方旗下直播带货平台“东方甄选”火爆异常，又能买东西又能学英语，引得无数人围观，但也暴露出了问题。
有网友曝料称，他在“东方甄选”直播间下单买了4.5-5斤装的陕西水蜜桃，但收到后发现有大约四分之一已经霉烂长毛。
向客服反映后，商家很快给小刘全额退款，但如此品质仍然让人心存疑虑。
对此，新东方在线方面回应称： “已接收到相关反馈。我们非常注重直播间消费者的满意度，已及时退款给消费者。”
