财联社6月21日电，上海市委副书记、市长龚正今天（21日）主持召开市政府常务会议，会议原则同意绿色低碳、元宇宙、智能终端发展行动方案和《上海市产业地图（2022）》并指出，要抢占先机，把握产业趋势和动向，坚持放宽准入、包容审慎、底线管理，推动高科技、高成长的中小微企业发展壮大。要发挥优势，以完备的产业生态营造优良的发展环境，推动技术、产品、应用深度融合。要规划引领，发挥产业地图规划指引作用，集中各类要素资源、引导园区错位竞争、促进产业集群式发展。
