Redmi Note 4 SD Stuck on Mi Logo

Hi!
My Redmi Note 4 suddenly went into a boot loop a few days ago. At first, I was able to turn it on when the battery reached 100%. But it boot looped again when the battery dropped to below 80%. I was able to turn it on a few times again after that but the same problem still persists. The next day when I wanted to boot it up at 100%, the phone was infinitely stuck on boot (Mi logo), but the boot screen was different. Usually, it will show the Mi logo together with "powered by android". But this time only the logo appears. I also can't seem to go into recovery mode ( vol up + power ) after this and can only go into fastboot mode, even though I was able to do it the day before.
Can anyone help me? I don't really want to flash the phone as most of my business contacts and data are inside it, and I hadn't backed up any of it. (It would be helpful if I could transfer these items to my PC)
