iPad Pro users deserve the Magic Keyboard experience
Apple first started selling the Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro in April 2020. It is the company’s first keyboard accessory for the iPad lineup with a built-in trackpad. This also helps differentiate it from the Smart Keyboard Folio — the latter only has a keyboard.
The Magic Keyboard has backlit keys with a scissor mechanism. They offer 1 millimeter of travel for better feedback and a more comfortable experience. As for the trackpad, it has gesture support that makes navigating around apps easier.
