阿迪达斯起诉耐克专利侵权 涉及多款APP
站长之家（ChinaZ.com）6月15日 消息:据俄罗斯卫星通讯社消息，近日，阿迪达斯对耐克公司提起诉讼，称后者多项App存在侵权行为。涉及:Run Club、Training Club、SNKRS、Nike Adapt等APP。
对此，阿迪达斯公司要求得到相应损失的赔偿。
据了解，就在本月初，耐克宣布Run Club App将在中国大陆地区暂停服务，耐克表示，NRC APP将于7月8日停止中国区运营。停运后用户可以使用小程序继续使用。
此前，耐克也曾起诉过阿迪达斯，称其存在抄袭行为。
2021年12月，耐克表示，阿迪达斯的鞋面编织工艺Primeknit技术侵犯了其Flyknit设计技术的专利。
