映客宣布更名为映宇宙
映客在港交所发布公告称，董事会建议将本公司英文名称及中文双重外文名称由 “InkeLimited 映客互娱有限公司” 分别更改为 “Inkeverse Group Limited 映宇宙集团有限公司”。
映客表示，更改公司名称须待股东于股东周年大会上通过一项特别决议案批准更改公司名称，及开曼群岛公司注册处处长授出批准后，方可作实。
映客董事会认为，更改公司名称可使本公司具有更适当的企业定位及形象，以更好地反映本集团目前的业务发展及其未来发展方向。映客称，更改公司名称将不会对股东的任何权利或本公司的日常业务运作及其财务状况造成影响。
